What training do you have?

We are a Certified Senior Move Manager and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. We have invested further with additional training with industry experts. For our staff, we provide extensive training and participate in ongoing education provided through our professional organization, the National Association of Senior Move Managers.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry full general insurance, and are bonded. We also have workman's compensation for our team.

How do you charge?

Since we offer a variety of services, each client's estimate will be unique. You may choose to have us provide management over the entire project, or select the services you need most. In each case, you will be given an estimate and written contract outlining all costs and services. Depending on the project, it may be quoted hourly or as a flat fee.

Do you offer organizing, sorting and downsizing services?

We are experts in downsizing and the challenges it brings! This is one of the most overwhelming part of moving, and we understand how difficult it can be. We have an efficient process that enables clients to successfully accomplish the sorting and organizing needed. Most of our team has moved often with the military, so we have lots of compassion, practice and skill!

Do you offer customized floor plans?

We work WITH you to select your favorite pieces of furniture and decide its location. In addition, we can help you with choosing new furniture that may be needed to better fit in your new home. The floor plan is our guidebook for the rest of the downsizing process.

Do you completely unpack and set up the new home?

Yes, this is one of the biggest benefits of our service. All items are unpacked, organized and placed with care for comfort, convenience as well as beauty. Beds are made, the alarm clock is set, and the TV is ready to go. We help you "Make It Home", from the moment you arrive at your new home.
